Our management team has a combined 25 years of Construction and Real Estate experience and demonstrated expertise in relationship building, identifying attractive investments, while executing efficient management techniques that maximizes investor yield.

We are focused on identifying properties which have current in-place cash flow and strong returns through various value-add improvements.

Our process and guidelines offer investors higher than average risk and adjusted returns. Based in San Luis Obispo County, the company owns and manages a large portfolio of residential properties.
